Leading the organisation’s vision to become the Caribbean’s premier specialist tactical training centre, Kirt draws on nearly two decades of executive leadership and extensive tactical experience to offer professional training programs. He provides practical, reality-based training that caters to private citizens, security professionals, and law enforcement personnel. As a Special Reserve Corporal of Police and a certified instructor in firearms, defensive tactics, Use of Force, and self-defense, Kirt is dedicated to promoting security education and developing competent, confident, and safety-conscious professionals. Under his leadership, AGTI delivers expert-led tactical training built on professionalism, operational excellence, and the mission of assisting every participant in unlocking their tactical potential.
